The Order Processor is responsible for processing orders received from clients. The Order Processor will report to the Order Manager.

**Order Processing Agent /Customer Service**

Full time career opportunity in a custom embroidery and garment decoration environment for a individual who enjoys a creative environment and is detailed oriented.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and process customer orders.

Coordinate, support & follow up customer order process ensuring due dates are met.

Order setups and monitor completion from art department.

Create proofs for client approval.

Create production work orders according to company order management program.

Daily liaison with clients and occasional walk-ins regarding status of orders.

Learn company processes, standards and operation of each department.

**Salary**: commensurate with skills and experience.

Qualifications:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6C 4A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
