**About The Role**

The Project Coordinator is part of the Customer Success team, they will assist the Customer Onboarding team members with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects, ensuring the project runs as planned. The Project Coordinator will organize and communicate all the details of the project or specific assignments outside the main projects, they will serve as a liaison between the sales team, customer success managers, customer team, and the onboarding specialist.

**How You'll Make An Impact**
- Be the liaison between the Customer Success Team and the Onboarding Team organizing the initial call (Kick-off) by making sure all the requirements are submitted and in good order.
- Assist the client in understanding what is needed throughout the project before the project is officially kicked off. Help the customer with data gathering and project documentation.
- Keep the customer engaged in product adoption, and aim to decrease time to value. They will need to have a good understanding of SaaS structure, ARR, and CARR, and the impact of “System Acceptance” and “Go Live” on revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with the customer team and all project stakeholders to understand the business requirements, goals, and client objectives for success.
- Keep track of and understand the Onboarding Team workload. Organize reports around schedules, resource availability, and forecasts, and share and present them to the leadership team.
- Plan onboarding meetings for project delivery check-ups. Assist both the Onboarding Team and Customer Success Team during the onboarding process, and mitigate any project risks that can surface during the implementation and onboarding process.
- Assist the Onboarding specialist in delivering a smooth onboarding experience and ensure that the client's needs are met and delivered in a timely manner.
- Assist the customer team in understanding the onboarding process. As the primary point of contact for team members, the PC must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving a best-in-class onboarding experience.

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Good understanding of project management for implementation and customer onboarding in a SaaS environment, full cycle, from kick-off to go live.
- Understand and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Must have client-facing organizational skills and strong teamwork skills.
- Have an exceptional understanding of all the tools in use: Salesforce, MS Office, G-Suite, PM Software and Tools, and Jira.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The nature of the job requires a lot of face-to-face communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent ability to effectively organize their time and manage complex schedules for the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with all stakeholders involved
- The position requires a positive attitude. A positive outlook makes it easier to handle the stress of unexpected challenges and helps the entire team stay positive and motivated.
