Start Date - August 22, 2023
Work Hours required - **Approx. 21-30 hours/week
- We are open Monday-Friday 6:30 am-6:30 pm, with interviews being conducted on Sunday, August 20th.**
Primary work location will be at our Arlington clinic.
Mackie Physiotherapy is seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual who will assist with reception and office administrative duties. We are a fast-paced private practice clinic that incorporates Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Massage.
We have a high standard of conduct and professionalism that must be followed to serve our clients best.
**The receptionist duties include**:
- patient reception and answering phone calls
- making and rescheduling appointments
- management of multiple physiotherapists schedules
- faxing, scanning, maintenance of electronic filing and data entry
- assisting in cleaning protocols throughout the day
**We require an individual who demonstrates**:
- amazing multitasking abilities
- excellent communication skills, verbal and written

- interpersonal skills, friendly, polite phone etiquette
- an extroverted personality, positive outlook, and a passion for helping people
