As a UX Research Lead, you will be foundational to our new Digital team, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will lead the development of robust product discovery practices across all our Digital Product Teams. Collaborating closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and Customer team.

You will uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Your insights will drive design decisions, ensuring our products are not only functional but also exceed our customers’ expectations. Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing and developing our user research capabilities, setting up the necessary tools and processes to effectively gather and analyze user insights.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive UX research and product discovery strategy across all our Digital Products- Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.- Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights.- Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Customer team, and Engineers to integrate feedback into the design and development process.- Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.- Provide feedback to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.- Mentor and guide colleagues in product & design, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- A passion for creating user-centered products.- Knowledge of web accessibility and its importance.- Experience in leading and mentoring a team is a plus.

What you’ll get:
- The salary band for this position ranges from $92,100 to $171,000.
