Clinical Data Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Data Management Lead to join our team at Everest Clinical Research Services Inc.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical data management, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of clinical trial data management concepts and processes.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage clinical trial data management activities, integrating them with the entire clinical trial operation.
- Develop and maintain the Data Management Plan (DMP), document deviations from the DMP, and ensure quality delivery.
- Assist in development and implementation of clinical data standards, training standards, project management, and data management technologies.
- Participate in project kick off meetings, investigators meetings, and regular project management team meetings.
- Perform study-level resource planning and management, including the review of team members' timesheet reports.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a related field.
- Ten (10) years of related experience.
- Demonstrated an in-depth understanding of clinical trial data management concepts, processes and procedures, relevant issues related to or impacting clinical data management, as well as pharmaceutical clinical trial regulations, industry guidance, conventions and standards.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to effectively manage clinical trial data management activities and integrate them with the entire clinical trial operation.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and experience. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
