Payroll & Travel Administrator Audio Visual

**About Proshow**

This job will be performed at the Proshow head office in Burnaby, supporting Proshow’s Accounting and Scheduling teams. The role will be responsible for payroll administration and verification, coordinating travel details and bookings for Proshow staff, and supporting the scheduling team with shift fulfilment and communication.

**Job Duties & Requirements**
- Experience with cloud based automated payroll systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce
- Management of Proshow staff payroll documentation
- Time sheet review/audit, payroll preparation for submission, review, and transmittal
- Onboarding of new employees to payroll system
- Employee vacation tracking in payroll and scheduling systems
- Year end payroll form processing
- Experience in both Canadian and US payroll is an asset
- _Administration of rate increases, work assignments, and training of Dayforce procedures_
- _Familiarity with BC/AB labour standards_
- _Current on CRA payroll guidelines and processes_
- Organizing, booking, and communicating travel details with Proshow staff
- Supporting scheduling team to fill shifts and communicate shift details
- Calculating and processing per diem payments
- Managing travel vendor accounts including tracking refunds and credits
- Very strong attention to detail
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Work on special projects as assigned
- Experience with Microsoft Office/365 including Outlook, Sharepoint and OneDrive
- Basic to intermediate Excel abilities required

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
