**Job Type**: Accounting Clerk

**Job Summary**
- Office support activities including filing, answering phones and preparing mail
- Other duties as required

**Schedule**:
20 Hours per week. Will also consider Full-time for the right person.

**Experience**:

- Grade twelve graduation, minimum one year of post-secondary accounting coursework
- At least two years of experience in a similar role (accounting clerk, bookkeeper, junior accountant)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Work experience in a manufacturing or distribution company would be beneficial; familiarity with and understanding of sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, statements of account and remittance slips
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically in Excel and at least one leading ERP system. NetSuite experience is a definite bonus
- Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy while completing a high volume of entries

**Expected Start Date**: May 1

**Job Type**: Part Time. Will also consider Full-time for the right person.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
