Our focus is developing a custom range of apparel from technical sports uniforms to great looking collegiate, corporate and leisure wear. As we are looking for a unique individual to join our team - The Production Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of activities - as such we understand if the applicant has some of these skills but not all
- The role will - from product design, technical packs, grading, line development, client order processing, CAD generation, vendor communication, support of sales team. The additional position will have a focus on - graphics design, there is also scope to work with social media and with production promotions and branding promotional activities. Having the ability to use all relevant software packages is key - such as creative suite, office 365.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct, coordinate, and process all production orders throughout the entire process; analyze all purchase orders to ensure accuracy for terms and pricing, delivery information, vendor compliance, execute order changes, track product delivery; track shipping and delivery activities to clients
- Track and maintain orders ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to accounts. Provide proactive information to stakeholders through reporting and analysis to ensure product flow and issue resolution.
- Build sustainable and effective vendor relationships.
- Learn and maintain a thorough working knowledge of brand’s products, policies, procedures, order processing systems.
- Bring feedback, ideas, and information forward to elevate merchandise and operational efforts. Ensure you keep all product related information up-to-date for purposes of accuracy and details in regards fits, fabrics and style descriptions.
- Map and streamline product calendar.
- Lead/ Assist in product development - design, tech packs, grading - Understanding how to construct garments for fit is a necessity
- Coordinate R&D program with our manufacturers and internal company stakeholders
- Approve rep product samples prior to shipment.
- Manage all BOM, spec sheets and other information for prototypes, rep samples, and production samples

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years in a Production or apparel-related role
- Bachelor Degree/College Diploma
- Fashion Design, Merchandising or Fashion Marketing education or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator (CS5 or higher) and Photo Shop
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint Strong understanding of athletic apparel and/or sporting goods industry
- Exceptional communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
