Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities within our facility. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.

**Duties**:

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing your knowledge of industrial maintenance, low voltage systems, logic controllers, schematics, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed, including fabrication, repair, and installation of equipment components
- Open, Close & Maintain a seasonal outdoor heated pool
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in low voltage systems, logic controllers, schematics, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and mechanical knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
