**Résumé de l'emploi**

Le directeur des comptes est responsable de la livraison des projets assignés dans les délais et le budget prévus, afin d’atteindre les objectifs du client. Cela comprend la configuration et la gestion du projet de toutes les étapes du cycle de vie du projet : échéanciers, budgets, communications, etc.

**Responsabilités et compétences professionnelles**
- Prendre l'énoncé des travaux, le contrat ou la proposition et élabore un projet conformément aux besoins du client et aux spécifications du projet
- Élaborer et tenir à jour les échéanciers, le budget, l'affectation des ressources et les jalons du projet.
- Oriente et coordonne les activités du projet et la dotation en personnel au quotidien
- Assure des examens internes de la qualité de tous les produits livrables et valide que le produit en cours de développement répond aux spécifications du projet
- Résout les problèmes potentiels du projet grâce à une communication active avec les parties prenantes appropriées
- S'assure que tout projet est mené conformément aux processus standard de développement et de validation d'IC Axon
- Fournit une communication continue avec l'équipe de projet cliente afin d'établir une compréhension claire et partagée des exigences de l'ER avec le client
- Répondre aux demandes d'information et à l'état d'avancement du projet du client
- Gère toutes les formes de demandes de changement sur les projets en collaboration avec le superviseur et l'équipe de vente
- Gérer et examiner le budget tout au long du cycle de vie du projet
- Aide à maintenir les calendriers de facturation
- S'acquitte de ces tâches et d'autres qui lui sont assignées conformément aux normes et aux attentes de l'entreprise

**Qualifications mínimales**
- Baccalauréat en commerce, gestion de systèmes d'information, ingénierie ou dans une discipline connexe
- Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet avec expertise dans la gestion de budgets
- Certification PMP ou l'équivalent
- Compétences requises pour réussir dans ce rôle : s'épanouir sur les défis, forte gestion du temps / capable de prioriser, organisé, compétences de négociation, créativité, axé sur les détails, bon joueur d'équipe, bonnes compétences en communication et en leadership, capacités de résolution de problèmes et de gestion du stress
- Compétences en informatique : Suite MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et MS Project
- Langues : anglais (écrit et parlé), français de base
- Expérience dans les secteurs pharmaceutique, de la santé et de la formation
- Connaissance des normes et des meilleures pratiques d'apprentissage en ligne
- Expérience antérieure de la coordination d'événements
- Expérience de travail avec WorkFront est un plus
- Voyages : Jusqu'à 10 %
- Expérience souhaitée : Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet avec expertise dans la gestion de budgets
