Inventory Control Document Coordinator

As an **Inventory Control Document Coordinator**, you will physically support ASC/FSL locations with Chemical Management and VMI programs. You will develop and maintain Inventory Cycle Count, Annual Inventory, Aged Inventory, and Expiration Date programs. You will communicate materials approaching critical reorder levels due to expiration to purchasing, assuring material is available for customer requirements. You will also write procedures for key functions. You will report to the CMS Chemical Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter data into inventory control and shop floor programs to produce daily, weekly or ad-hoc reports to support QAD/HMM inventory compares.
- Review and update customer HMM data integrity vs. PPG QAD data integrity to verify accuracy.
- Investigate and correct discrepancies to ensure accurate customer inventory supporting operational requirements.
- Work with Supervisors, Coordinators and CMS Associates to correct, perform root-cause analysis, and establish corrective actions to avoid continued discrepancies.
- Process and submit customer consolidated invoicing and work with the Customer to ensure invoices are approved and submitted daily.
- Work with Customers to ensure corporate accounts receivable targets are met.
- Comply with Corporate policies and procedures, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain professional demeanor when dealing with customers and business associates.
- Manage orders for ship and bill customers.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 3 years+ experience in inventory management.
- Customer service experience required.
- Must be computer proficient with Microsoft office. QAD/HMM experience would be an asset.
- Mathematics proficiency and accuracy required. Some accounting experience will be required.
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE, when required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.
