Position Summary
**This position is a temporary fulltime contract position**: Approximate duration 6 months.
Position Functions
- Document management throughout the office
- Answering phones / reception coverage
- Importing documents into ERP system
- Data entry
Working Conditions
The successful incumbent will be working 40+ hours per week in an office setting. On-going use of computers is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in office administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Google Suite considered an asset

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
