**Position Summary**:We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Volunteer Front Office Assistant. The Front Office Assistant plays a key role in providing administrative support and creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors**.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or resources
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and workshops
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office area

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Google Workspace
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration is an asset
