Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery
- Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and suppliers
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any issues or concerns

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Proven track record in restaurant management, including team management and development
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and vendors
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.75-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
