**Client Policy Services Administrator**

Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a Client Policy Services Administrator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with insurance providers to connect clients with new financial associates.
- Communicate between clients, agents, and insurance providers to keep written policies on the books.
- Case Management between the carriers and agents to ensure all underwriting requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain and update department process manual.
- Perform other duties pertaining to the New Business Department requested by your immediate manager.
- Offer process and technology improvement suggestions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in office administration.
- Experience working in the insurance industry considered a strong asset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Handle stressful situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have great problem-solving skills.
- An ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and able to accept constructive criticism.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Able to take ownership of your work.
- Speak French / Spanish considered a strong asset.
- Willing to learn French / Spanish

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
