- We are currently hiring a Manager, ERS Fleet & Contract Partners based out of Kamloops.- In this role, you will uphold BCAA as the most trusted organization in British Columbia, the role involves handling external Contract Tow Partners- Who you are:- Exceptional creative thinking and writing skills with a natural ability to establish effective working relationships.

- You enjoy driving and being on the road. You have a clean BC Driver License Class 5 or higher.- What you’ll bring:- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry, of which at least 3 years were in a leadership role.
- Account management/vendor management experience, including negotiation responsibilities in a similar environment.
- Diploma in business management, or equivalent experience.
- A certification in Automotive Mechanical repair, or equivalent work experience.-
- Comfortable using technology, including solid understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work varied hours, including weekends.- What you’ll do:- Deliver excellent account management for Tow Partners, providing support in training, health and safety, and overall business operations.
- Drive the growth of the Battery Program within the Tow Partner network, growing overall battery unit sales, and maintain positive relationships with Tow & AARS Partners.
- Implement operational improvements to standardize agreements, handle costs, and improve customer experiences for BCAA Members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Tow Partners, encouraging positive relationships, and promptly addressing and resolving Member complaints related to Tow Partners.
- Implement strategies to consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores, measured through NPS/CSI metrics, ensuring Tow Partners deliver outstanding service.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead team members, encouraging a culture of belonging and unity within the fleet, promoting a strong team engagement.
- Support and cultivate a 'Safety First' culture through regular roadside visits with Fleet Drivers.
- Hold overall performance and accountability for Fleet Driver & Contract Partners through operational KPIs, encompassing both towing and service aspects.
- This role will be based out of the Kamloops, with flexibility to be remote and daily travel throughout the BC Lower Mainland (40-60% Travel).-
- The salary range for this position is $88,000 to $100,000, plus a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.What we offer:
