Bertucci MedSpa, under the direction of Dr. Vince Bertucci, a global leader in cosmetic dermatology, is looking for a **Receptionist**.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Create a positive and welcoming experience for all patients
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanour to reflect the Clinic’s commitment to excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and common spaces
- Manage patient flow to maximize clinic efficiency and patient experience
- Open the office each morning, ensuring readiness for the day (e.g., turn on computers and music, check messages, fill liquid nitrogen container(s)
- Acquire and maintain an excellent understanding of all products, procedures, and services offered by Bertucci MedSpa
- Provide detailed information about clinic services, treatments, and products to patients
- Book patient appointments and manage schedule
- Send and receive patient’s electronic registration form, consents, questionnaires, and other applicable forms
- Welcome and check in patients upon arrival
- Check out patients, including billing and booking follow up appointments
- Enter bills and payments into appropriate software
- Prepare rooms between patients (e.g., cleaning, tidying, restocking, etc.)
- Handle mail and deliveries
- Complete and submit OHIP billing, including follow-ups on rejected bills
- Manage patient referrals
- Follow up with patients that do not show up for appointments
- Actively promote and sell clinic services, treatments, and products by educating patients on their benefits
- Provide general administrative support (e.g., maintenance issues, office events, print and organize office materials, etc.)
- Close office and complete end-of-day tasks
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time

**Position Requirements**
- Experience in a customer service-focused environment
- Experience in a medical office setting is an asset
- Experience or education in medical terminology is an asset
- Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
