The Safety Coordinator plays a vital support role within the safety team, focusing on training, administrative duties, updating templates and resources, and handling non-priority member work. This position is in Regina and will report to the Senior Safety Advisor.

**Job Duties**:

- Champion the integration, implementation, and promotion of the Service Hospitality vision, mandate, values, strategic and operational plan, directives, policies and procedures, and a positive workplace culture within yourself and working with the Service Hospitality team to fulfill Service Hospitality’s objectives and goals.
- Present public training sessions (webinar or in-person).
- Provide support with delivering member training sessions for Safety Advisors, updating the WCB Data, Insightly, and the Priority Employer List.
- Coordinate tradeshows, conferences, and safety events, including registration, preparation, set up, and hosting the SH booth.
- Address non-priority member safety concerns and inquiries as assigned.

**Administrative duties include**:

- Updates to Safety Resources and Templates
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and relevant documents.
- Attend Advisor meetings and support with minute-taking.
- Handle the Certificate process.
- Assist with writing articles, communication pieces, and website maintenance when requested.
- Support with safety research and quality assurance.
- Act as a team member on programs, projects, and initiatives by supporting or sharing duties with all staff involved.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience**:

- A certificate or diploma from a post-secondary institution in business, education, or a health and safety-related field, and one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training and presentations.
- Proven work experience in administration, coordination, and/or writing an innovation business case or proposal is an asset.
- Professional business etiquette.
- Familiar with technology and computer platforms.
- Willing to travel, including overnight and out of province.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle available.

**Salary Range**:$49,000 to $68,948

Pay: $49,000.00-$68,948.00 per year
