Safety Lead

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a safety role in construction projects, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience with safety management systems and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and mentor staff on safety practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NCSO, CSP, CRSP) are a plus.
