TD's Early Talent Acquisition Team represents the overall Early Talent advisory function of the Bank. The team plays a key role in supporting the business through attracting, identifying and selecting top Early Talent. Developing this talent is an underpinning of what we do at TD, where the focus in on you They are equipped and empowered to actively promote TD's employment value proposition, through the use of HR technology and social tools that enable the telling of the TD story to the external marketplace.

TD’s Talent Acquisition team is responsible for driving and providing oversight on the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies, programs, processes, and technology to support talent across TD globally. In partnership with Talent Management and Human Resources, the talent acquisition team is focused on delivering an integrated approach to talent acquisition to meet TD’s current and future talent requirements. Diversity recruiting specializes and focuses on our diverse communities - Visible Minorities, People with Disabilities, Women in Leadership, LGBTq2+, and Indigenous Peoples - supporting our talent strategy by attracting diverse talent to the bank and maintaining sustainable talent pipelines.

**Job Details**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Early Talent, you will partner and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships to enhance TD’s success in outreach and executing tactics to attract talent from diverse communities and to enhance TD’s Employer of Choice brand in those communities.

The position will partner with the business, University and College career centres and student groups, our Diversity Sourcing team and the other Early Talent Recruiters to build talent pipelines based on current and anticipated talent needs. Working with the team to create and execute a consistent Early Talent recruiting and branding strategy across our business lines will be crucial to your success in the role.

This role may require a moderate degree of travel (by car, rail and plane) within Canada to various Universities and College campuses, as well as the potential for travel to the U.S. on occasion. Seasonally, this travel can become considerable. As well, due to the timing of on and off-Early Talent events, this role is not "9 to 5" and will require work during evenings and weekends at times. TD is committed to being a flexible workplace.

**Job Requirements**
- 3+ years of work experience in talent attraction, HR or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment sourcing and selection, behavioural interviewing, and relationship management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build and develop relationships, both internally and externally and with a senior audience (Steering Committees)
- Experience in the Financial Industry is an asset
- Strong understanding of HR Management Practices
- Ability to effectively sell and market positions within the TD Bank Group
- A creative and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong relationship management skills
- Well-organized, and can prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Ability to be effective in both a team and independent working environment
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
