Program Management and Recruitment

As an Early Talent and Campus Talent Acquisition Partner at Equitable Bank, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing the recruitment cycles for our seasonal internship programs. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, and relevant student organizations, as well as attending and representing the bank at career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruiting sessions.

Leadership Development Program Recruitment

You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting high-potential candidates for our Leadership Development Program, collaborating with business leaders to understand the skills and competencies required for future leaders within the organization, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the program, from sourcing to onboarding.

Campus Talent Acquisition Oversight

You will oversee all campus talent acquisition activities and strategies, building and expanding the campus recruiting function to meet the evolving needs of the organization, and developing long-term relationships with academic institutions to create a strong pipeline of future talent.

Talent Acquisition Support

During slower recruiting periods, you will assist with broader Talent Acquisition activities, including full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization, participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the bank's presence in the talent market, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3 + years of experience in program management and recruitment
  • Knowledge of CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Products
  • Ability to represent the organization and sell the bank to early talent
  • Proficiency with CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in employer branding and marketing to effectively promote the bank to potential candidates
  • Familiarity with using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to confidently present and represent the bank at campus events
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment trends and strategies
