**Job Summary**:
As the **Sales Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across our portfolio of assets and businesses. You will develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities for expanding market share. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in delivering measurable sales success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the growth objectives of our portfolio companies.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify, target, and engage potential clients across various sectors, focusing on driving new business and revenue.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitive positioning, and determine client needs.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on performance against sales goals and KPIs.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the business.
- **Partnerships & Collaborations**: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that will drive sales and increase market reach.
- **Performance Metrics**: Track sales performance, analyze results, and continuously refine strategies to achieve better outcomes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and close deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Analytical mindset with experience in sales performance analysis and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience in private equity or working with growth-focused businesses is a plus.
