Job Description:
The Experiential Learning and Innovation (ELI) Systems Coordinator works with the other systems coordinators to oversee all software and information system integration, usage, and training in support of the Experiential Learning & Innovation (ELI) Division activities. Specifically, this includes implementation and support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g. Orbis Communications, branded as HireAC) and services to improve outcomes and efficiency in operations for staff across the division; management of databases; maintenance of records; collection of organizational data; preparation of reports and coordination of logistics for special projects; as well as the development and implementation of user training.

Additionally, the incumbent works alongside the Division's other technical support role to facilitate the operation of the web portal and online information systems. The incumbent will also work with the Power BI team to build reports that support Divisional data analytics needs including Co-op Accreditation requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) year diploma/degree in Information Technology or computer-related fields;- Post-graduate certificate in data analysis or equivalent;- Minimum of five (5) years experience in:
- Implementation of multi-department software tools;-
- Knowledge of standard capabilities of Orbis Communications platform-
- Knowledge of data collection requirements from business units to develop reports for decision-making;-
- Reporting background using standard reporting tools including Microsoft Excel and PowerBI;-
- Experience in planning and implementation of system upgrades and customizations;-
- Demonstrated experience in documenting CRM policies & procedures;-
- Demonstrated technical writing skills: writing technical documents such as user manuals and training materials;-
- Experience in delivering effective end-user training;-
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;-
- Proven experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer service and support with various technical systems and software;-
- Experience and comfort in liaising with clients at various levels of authority within the business and college community;-
- Proven record of accomplishment in effectively collaborating with business and technical teams to lead strategic technology initiatives and projects.- This position is paid at Payband I
