The Product Application Specialist is a key role in promoting, modifying, designing and growing our machine tape head product. In this role you will

**Primary Functions**:

- Respond to customer enquiries as it relates to their machine tape-head requirements
- Provide standardized or customized solutions
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models or modify existing drawings as required
- Understand varying environments and their effects on the product
- Recommend solutions to customers that can increase their productivity, reliability and efficiency.

**Who we’re looking for?**
- You have a bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- You have 2 years of experience in an engineering role
- You are a Strong active listener with great communication skills and excellent with problem solving
- You work in a methodical and organized manner
- You can think critically and creatively to find the best solutions for customers
- You have strong computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design software is a plus
- You are comfortable operating in various environments (manufacturing, agriculture, warehouses, industrial plants, etc.)

**Education**: Required
- Associates or better in Mechanical Engineering or related field
