**About the Position**:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work to improve the position, visibility, and messaging of SOLV4EX and its companies and products. You will proactively look for opportunities to expand the SOLV4EX brand through our sales teams, distributors, installers, and their customers.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will directly support Solv4ex companies and their branches and distribution partners. You will regularly meet with operations managers and sales managers to best support their sales efforts directly to consumers or to support our distribution partners. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop marketing campaigns and messaging to support the marketing calendar and the specific needs of each region to increase leads and traffic through our branches.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.
- Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy and create & support SOLV4EX sales plans.
- Develop presentations to support product training and knowledge.
- Own our product label process and program.
- Identify and qualify potential lead generation opportunities with partners.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with partners.
- Support events and drive marketing communications.
- Provide support in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Track performance and evaluate the ROI of our marketing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in marketing to develop best-in-class marketing programs.
- Use metrics and testing strategies to improve the effectiveness of our marketing programs continuously.
- Develop and release marketing tools and ensure programs meet marketing objectives.
- Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.

Market Development
- Collaborate with the product and program, sales, and marketing teams to develop solution positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas for our distribution partner’s markets.
- Create and update content to support our products' introduction and ongoing marketing.
- Support the sales team by developing campaign strategies to educate and engage distribution partners and cultivate new opportunities for lead generation.
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the distribution partners' marketing personnel to help drive sell-through of our products through their channels.

Partner Marketing
- Collaborate with SOLV4EX companies’ sales teams and our key partners to execute a co-marketing plan, including developing campaign strategies to nurture prospects, cultivating new opportunities, and driving sales forward to close.
- Create and update content to support co-marketing activities with our partners.
- Proactively source compelling customer stories and collaboratively work with partner marketing teams to create articles and case studies.

Content Creation
- Write compelling copy that effectively communicates complex messaging that will resonate in our global markets.
- Produce impactful product content for collateral, social media, PR, campaigns, sales materials, and the website.
- Work with our contractors and internal resources to create a variety of content, including videos, blog posts, white papers, and sales tools.

**Required Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other applicable field; or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 5 years of professional marketing experience.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools & marketing platforms, such as Buffer, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, Marketo or other marketing automation software.
