**POSITION AVAILABLE: Breakfast Supervisor**

**LOCATION: Hampton Inn by Hilton Hamilton**

**Summary**:
Oversee and manage breakfast service for our guests and ensure a quality dining experience. Provide excellence in guest satisfaction with the highest food quality standards and service. Prepare food and beverage for the breakfast function. Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
- Be dependable and prompt, arriving on time and ready to work in a clean and professional image.
- Buffet Breakfast timing is from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
- Mostly shifts are from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm depending on hotel occupancy.
- Weekend cover shifts have different timing
- Breakfast food preparation and refilling.
- Manage the daily menu and portion control based on the number of guests.
- Manage the food and supply inventory during breakfast.
- Ensure we follow all food safety protocols and implement as needed.
- Ensure all foods are kept at safe temperatures.
- Regular cleaning of breakfast area, seating area and kitchen.
- After breakfast proper cleaning of all areas and preparation for next day.
- Coffee preparation for Front Desk.
- Learn about the hotel's guests through conversations
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous manner always.
- All other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

**As Supervisor participate**
- Do inventory and Place orders based on the occupancy for the future days.
- Ensure proper rotation of stocks (FIFO).
- Implementation of Hampton Brand Standards.
- Implementation of Health & Safety policies.
- Implementation of Food Handling procedures.
- Continuously look for cost-effective ways to improve breakfast appeal.
- Always build rapport with all guests, solving problems when able and reporting any complaints or issues immediately to management for resolution.
- Pass on any sales leads daily that are obtained during discussions with guests to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Food handling experience.
- Server experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Ability of Multi-tasking.
- Must provide food handlers certificate at the time of hire.

**Availability**:
Day Shifts, Weekdays, weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
