Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and insights that can help us improve our business operations. This will involve working with various data sources, developing predictive models, and creating data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing large datasets to extract valuable insights and trends.
  • Developing and implementing machine learning algorithms to predict future outcomes.
  • Creating data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decisions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Service management.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning technologies, natural language processing, predictive analytics, or automation.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Service desk software (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Proficiency in cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
