Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle budgeting and financial management tasks
- Assist with human resources duties, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Implement and maintain effective filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Proficiently use QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles
- Experience in supervising and managing a team
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
