**Administrative Assistant**

**PallayPack Inc.** is a privately owned company based in Kirkland, Quebec. Our dedicated team of professionals work to design and build high-quality machinery for the machine manufacturing industry. We pride ourselves on our innovative machinery and our commitment to developing better solutions for our customers’ packaging challenges. We are currently looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our expanding team.

As **Administrative Assistant **at PallayPack Inc., you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations at our company. Working under the supervision of the Department Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential administrative support to various departments.

**Main Tasks**:

- Handle and redirect phone calls.
- Assist in the preparation, tracking, and receiving of shipments.
- Assist in the preparation, drafting, and publishing of quotations for the sales department.
- Support our project and sales teams with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update the database.
- Filing and data entry.
- Tasks as required from the President.
- Other duties as required.

Votre poste **d'assistant(e) administratif(ve)** sera une partie intégrante des opérations quotidiennes de notre entreprise. Sous la supervision du chef de service, votre principale responsabilité sera de fournir un soutien administratif essentiel aux différents services.

**Tâches principales**:

- Gérer et rediriger les appels téléphoniques.
- Aider avec la préparation, suivi et réception des expéditions.
- Aider avec la préparation, rédaction et publication de propositions de prix pour le département des ventes.
- Assister nos équipes de projet et de vente dans leurs tâches administratives.
- Maintenance quotidien et classement de données dans la base de données.
- Autres tâches en fonction des besoins et par le président.
