**Full Job Description**:Service Hospitality is a non-profit safety association funded by employers in the hotel, taxi, restaurant, laundry, and community and social services industries. We are committed to providing health, safety and well-being, strategic guidance, training, education, and resources to over 4,100 employers (members) in these industries. **As the Executive Coordinator, you will provide administrative leadership and office management support to the CEO, COO, and team by**:

- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating meetings and other events; this includes preparing meeting materials, agenda preparation and distribution, minute taking, and monitoring action items.
- Monitoring office processes and proactively making improvements to ensure optimum efficiency; this includes maintaining the physical office space by staying on top of supply orders, tidying/organizing as needed, decorating for holidays, and serving as liaison between the staff and Building Manager.
- Supporting the coordination of events and organizational correspondence in accordance with SH’s visual identity standards.
- Performing financial support (mailing cheques, bank deposits, annual audit, record keeping, etc.).
- Preparing and maintaining HR correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Is a problem solver by nature.
- Has proven experience working with and maintaining confidential information.
- Is comfortable working independently to organize, prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
- Utilizes strong communication skills in the workplace (both verbally and written)
