**The Projects Team**:
The success of our wireless sensing innovations and their impact on daily life relies heavily on our Projects team. This team is a critical bridge between our internal team and external clients and partners, ensuring that their needs are being met and that projects are delivered with excellence.
**As a **Testing and Evaluation Coordinator**, you will**:
- Contribute to validation testing and evaluation procedures.
- Collaborate with members of the Projects and Engineering teams to conduct testing and development work.
- Evaluate test data, identifying patterns, trends, and potential areas for enhancement.
- Produce detailed and thorough test reports, emphasizing key findings, issues, and recommendations.

**What we’re looking for**:
- You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Kitchener or Waterloo.
- You are a process-oriented person and excel in organization and tracking.
- You have a curious mindset, are motivated to learn, and are not afraid to try new things.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You have experience working in a corporate or start-up environment.
- _ It’s a bonus_ if you have a coding background A computer science or engineering degree is **not** mandatory, we welcome any experience with code, even if it’s just a minor or a hobby.
