Cardinal Health, with over 1300 employees in Canada, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individuals to join our Presource team on 12-month contract as an Operations Specialist.

The main objective of the Operations Specialist, Presource is to be the critical connection point between Global Presource Operations and Cardinal Health Canada Customers. (Where “Customers” includes both internal Surgical Sales Specialists, Nurse Clinicians, and external Customer Contacts.)

This role leverages expertise and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential issues and bridge Global / Canada system gaps by gathering, compiling and analyzing data. He/ she/they will provide a superior customer experience by communicating effectively and developing strong relationships to understand and address needs. The core responsibilities of this role involve supporting reps in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and delivery of surgical kits to customers, and finding resolutions with urgency.

**_ Your Contributions to the Organization will be_**:
**Communication** skills**:

- Customer facing and internal relationship building abilities to understand and meet needs
- Continuous, consistent communication of updates in production plant policies & procedures
- Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional departments (such as Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Care, Global Trade, Warehouse Operations, and Data Management)
- Ability to influence all stakeholders above without authority to move in productions, expedite shipments, and request priority receiving

**Reporting** skills**:

- Utilizing Tableau and Excel to provide business insights
- Analyzing various reports for the Surgical Sales Team and Senior Manager including: New business, Inventory, KPI tracking / measurements, Custom Pack Backorders (weekly), Critical kits, ad hoc reporting requests.

**Sales Operations** skills**:

- Ensure the smooth and efficient planning and execution of Quoting Projects between Sales and CHIP team
- Demand Planning for Forecast management
- Overseeing Productions -Trial Runs & Made to Order packs
- Working with customers, reps and clinical specialists to optimize Pack Design
- Setting up Custom Drapes, new componentry
- Handling customer complaints and compensation.

**Data Maintenance**:

- Customer Account information
- Database maintenance (Next Version table)
- Execute all SKU merchandizing and obsoleting to ensure 97% accuracy in Item Master
- Creating & implementing all New Product Codes within the established nomenclature process
- Managing all communications with Regulatory, Customs and Data Management teams pertaining to licensing and classification of custom sterile catalog codes
- Provide 97% accuracy in loading and maintaining pricing including contract price uploading and changes in a timely manner
- Uploading all required compliance documentation within 24 hours

- Be extremely attentive to detail and organized
- Work with urgency in fast-pace, dynamic surgical business environment
