Description du poste: Nous cherchons un(e) assistant(e) en ressources humaines pour travailler à temps plein avec notre équipe de direction. Le titulaire du poste aidera à recruter, à former et
à gérer le personnel, et fournira un soutien administratif au département des RH.
**Les tâches incluent**:
- Organiser des entrevues et des tests d'aptitude
- Aider à la formation et à l'intégration des nouveaux employés
- Gérer les dossiers du personnel et les documents administratifs
- Fournir un soutien aux employés en ce qui concerne les politiques de l'entreprise
- Aider à la planification des horaires de travail
- Préparer des rapports et des présentations pour l'équipe de direction
**Exigences**:
- Expérience préalable dans un rôle d'assistant(e) en RH ou dans un poste similaire
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en organisation et en résolution de problèmes
- Connaissance pratique de lalégislation en matière de travail au Québec
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office

Job Description: We are looking for a full-time HR assistant to work with our management team. The position holder will assist with recruiting, training, and managing staff, and will provide administrative support to the HRdepartment.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Scheduling interviews and aptitude tests
- Assisting with the training and onboarding of new employees
- Managing employee records and administrative documents
- Providing support to employees regarding company policies and benefits
- Assisting with the planning of work schedules
- Preparing reports and presentations for the management team
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an HR assistant role or a similar position
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Practical knowledge of labor legislation in Quebec
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
