**Votre mandat**

À titre de reporter-rédactrice ou de reporter-rédacteur pour Radio-Canada Acadie, basé à Halifax, votre objectif principal sera de vous acquitter d’affectations de reportage et de rédaction liées à la collecte d’information, à la rédaction et à la mise en ondes de matériel principalement pour nos plateformes radio et numériques, mais également occasionnellement pour la télévision.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez être en mesure de recueillir de l’information à partir de diverses sources et de préparer des reportages, d’analyser les faits et l’information recueillis, de tirer des conclusions ou de signaler des enjeux qui nécessitent une enquête approfondie, ainsi que de proposer des sujets, des scripts et du contenu d’émission. Au besoin, vous devrez réviser de façon critique le matériel rédigé par d’autres, présenter de l’information ou des analyses en ondes dans une variété de formats et exécuter d’autres tâches administratives ou de production nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de la salle des nouvelles, de l’unité d’émission ou de la station. Votre travail sera régi par les politiques et les protocoles de CBC/Radio-Canada en matière de journalisme et de radiodiffusion.

**Profil recherché**:

- Formation universitaire (ou équivalent) en journalisme, communications, ou domaines connexes;
- Trois (3) années d'expérience directe connexe, qui démontrent une capacité éprouvée sur le terrain et une connaissance du secteur de la télédiffusion/radiodiffusion;
- Expérience pertinente dans la préparation, la livraison de reportages et prestation en direct;
- Solides aptitudes pour les entrevues, la rédaction et la narration;
- Connaissance du mandat de Radio-Canada et des politiques journalistiques;
- Connaissance de la vie sociale, politique, culturelle et économique de l’Atlantique;
- Connaissance des enjeux propres aux francophones de la Nouvelle-Écosse;
- Très bonne maîtrise de la langue française (parlée et écrite) et une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise (parlée et écrite);
- Doit posséder un permis de conduire en règle;
- Solide sens journalistique, choix éditorial, et prise de décision;
- Faire preuve de débrouillardise et d'initiative;
- Habiletés interpersonnelles, de communication, et collaboration en équipe;
- Aptitude à planifier, organiser et coordonner le travail quotidien de façon à respecter les échéanciers serrés; être capable de travailler sous pression;
- Audace, créativité et curiosité dans la recherche de faits et de nouvelles;
- Appeler à se déplacer et à travailler des heures flexibles.
