SYSTRA Canada is an engineering and consulting firm whose primary focus is to offer transportation solutions, whether for passengers or goods: feasibility studies of building a new railway line, increasing the capacity of the existing infrastructure, privatization of a railway.

Context:
You will report to the VP Intercity and Heavy Rail. A human and committed leader, he is always ready to contribute to the development of each member of his team. His leadership style is based on respect and trust.

Missions/Main Duties:

- Implement, monitor and/or improve processes and procedures for the production of deliverables;
- Plan, supervise and ensure the production of deliverables in support of various projects and service offerings;
- Determine various personnel, training and tooling requirements;
- Hire, train and supervise Consulting team members;
- Measure employee and consultant performance and provide regular feedback to employees;
- Coordinate initiatives with other SYSTRA Group consulting centers to share best practices.

Profile/Skills:

- A minimum of 15 years' experience in team management and multidisciplinary project management in the transportation field;
- Specialization in rail would be a definite asset;
- A Master's degree in project management or business administration would be an asset;
- Engineering background and membership (or eligibility to become a member) of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec would be an asset;
- Fluency in French and functional level of English to work closely with stakeholders in Ontario.
