Part Time Bookkeeper

MUST LIVE IN WINNIPEG, MB -- I’m looking for a monthly bookkeeper, that can sort my invoices and receipts for my business. I'd like them to pick up the receipts twice a month at our office. If you want to work out of film and television office that is fine as well.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and verify invoices and payment records for accuracy.
- Review and approve employee purchases, mileage, and credit card expenses.
- Maintain financial records for various departments.
- Calculate payroll for employees.
- Manage cash flow and financial statements.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform accounting tasks for different business units.
- Review budget projections for accuracy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
