We are looking for a Product Manager who aspires to improve customer experiences through innovative products. You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation AND convey your vision through bold product roadmaps. You’ll be expected to push the boundaries of what’s possible while sharing in our healthy obsession for quality and attention to detail.

**What you will be doing**:

- Leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products for the enterprise.
- Establishing shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Driving product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
- Integrating usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Defining and analyzing metrics that inform the success of products
- Understanding HI BOOP’s strategic and competitive position and delivering products that are recognised best in the industry.
- Maximizing efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Identifying key levers that have the greatest impact on operations.
- Architect highly available, scalable, and secure systems.
- Evaluate risk and provide advice and guidance to our business partners.
- Increase the effectiveness of teams by identifying opportunities for new approaches.

**You have**:

- 5+ years product management experience, including delivery of entire products start to finish.
- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups.
- Develop point of view on new and emerging trends in utilization of data to advance customer experience, and leverage these insights to shape innovation, development, and commercialization
- Develop a full understanding of HI BOOP and our related solutions, as well as our competitors' solutions, and create a product roadmap
- Seek input and engage sales on new product development, build consensus related to the product roadmap internally with engineering, and work with marketing to develop engaging content
- Identify key partnerships that can enhance the value of data generated through HI BOOP to our end customers
- Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

**Salary**: $56,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
