Salary range: $64,064 in Salary $19,000-$25,415 in bonus Ave $83,064-$90,000 Annual earnings

**Job Description / Summary**:
As the Production/General Manager of the company, you will be the captain of our ship. You will be in charge of hiring and managing field team members and supporting and mentoring the Production Coordinator role to ensure we hit our targets. You will work directly with the Production Coordinator to ensure technicians are being well-trained and supported. You will be talking with clients and ensuring they receive excellent services. You will be dealing with client and staffing issues to ensure they get resolved. Checking in with sales to support and provide collaborative feedback on discussion topics. Running reports and working directly with the owners to ensure overall smooth operations of the company. This role has lots of team collaboration, decision making and problem-solving and would be best suited for an individual who has strong preferences and abilities in the following areas:
