Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
- Manage data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting
- Assist with talent acquisition and onboarding processes
- Support change management initiatives within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects
- Utilize HRIS systems such as iCIMS, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as a Resource Officer or similar position
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: $33.75-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
