**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Administration of Authorization for Expenditures, Change Requests, and Requests for Quotations as required.
- Create and Execute Construction Agreements using the project information provided by our Project Managers.
- Maintain filing and storage of Construction Agreements and other documentation.
- Create POs in Yardi Voyager and code invoices to the appropriate buildings.
- Create and distribute weekly Cashflow Forecast Reports, monthly WIP (Outstanding Liabilities) Reports and yearly Capital Budget Variance Reports for each company.
- Work closely with the Construction Project Managers (CPMs) to ensure required safety documentation is collected and uploaded to the proper shared files.
- Assist with the creation of emergency job budgets.
- Assist CPMs with project updates in Yardi Voyager and with vendors.
- Administration of property sales between the AL Group of Companies.
- Other Duties as assigned.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Certificate in Contract Administration.
- Strong computer skills with a high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Construction Projects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and objectives.
- Experience in Yardi Voyager and other Capital Planning Software will be an asset.
