The Symphoni Onboarding Specialist is responsible for activities specific to new

customer set up, existing customer updates, and customer terminations on our Symphoni Case Management platform. Working closely with our Sales Teams, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Implementation Managers and Billing Teams, Symphoni Onboarding is key to facilitating a world-class customer onboarding experience, resulting in seamless service delivery of our LifeWorks offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates and configures customer accounts on the Symphoni Case Management platform
- Updates account information on existing accounts (includes renewals and terminations); this includes operational and financial data
- Accurately links Symphoni accounts to accounts in our CRM tool (Salesforce) for billing purposes
- Ensures alignment between contract summary, Symphoni configuration, and billing setup, working with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies
- Supports Symphoni and other system development in testing and providing feedback on functionality improvements/changes as needed
- Supports peer-to-peer quality assurance checks for annual operational and financial audits
- Liaises with various internal teams including Sales & Sales Support Teams, Success Managers, Business Intelligence, Product and Billing Teams to ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner, and to ensure subsequent stakeholders are informed of those changes (ie, billing or operational changes, within their contract parameters)
- Supports training initiatives for stakeholders (Sales, Success managers) to understand Symphoni functionality and dependencies
- Ensures the quality, accuracy and formatting of supporting documents & internal request forms from Sales and Success Managers, in order to ensure correct information is shared with other departments
- Performs tasks accurately and within SLA timelines assigned
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
