As the Logistics and Documentation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in preparing and coordinating the documents related to our logistics operations, from the entry of sales contracts to final invoicing. You will ensure compliance and accuracy in all shipping and receiving documentation while identifying and collaborating with reliable transport providers to adapt to customer demands efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date rate sheets and provide essential pricing updates to support our export sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Contract Oversight**: Manage and track documentation starting from the entry of sales contracts.
- **Document Management**: Prepare and coordinate shipping, receiving, and invoicing documents in compliance with company standards and procedures.
- **Rate Management**: Maintain up-to-date rate sheets for various routes and product types.
- **Pricing Updates**: Obtain and provide ocean freight pricing updates to assist the export sales team with competitive information.
- **Transporter Selection**: Identify and work with trustworthy and responsible transporters to address adjustments to customer needs effectively.
- **Planning and Coordination**: Communicate with carriers and customers to schedule shipments and deliveries based on priorities and specific requirements.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively addressing requests and providing tailored solutions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quickly handle logístical challenges by proposing effective alternatives to maintain smooth operations.
- **Communication**: Provide clear and timely communication in both French and English, verbally and in writing.

- Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is an asset.
- Familiarity with standard office software and logistics management tools.
