- **Planifier les livraisons et les ramassages** : Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs et les transporteurs pour assurer la livraison en temps voulu des matières premières et des produits finis. Cela implique une planification et une coordination méticuleuses afin d'optimiser la logistique et de minimiser les retards.
- **Communication et documentation** : Vous maintenez une communication claire et cohérente avec toutes les parties concernées - fournisseurs, transporteurs, services internes - en veillant à ce que tout le monde soit informé des heures d'arrivée, des horaires de chargement/déchargement et de tout problème potentiel. Vous veillez également à ce que toutes les expéditions entrantes et sortantes soient correctement documentées et à ce que des registres précis soient tenus à des fins de suivi.

**- Inspection et vérification** : Vous inspectez soigneusement les livraisons entrantes par rapport aux bordereaux d'expédition et aux bons de commande, en vérifiant les quantités, les spécifications et l'état général des matériaux. Cette inspection méticuleuse permet d'identifier les divergences et de prévenir les problèmes en cours de route.
**- Saisie des données et gestion des stocks** : Vous enregistrez tous les articles reçus dans notre système de gestion des stocks, garantissant ainsi des niveaux de stocks précis. Ces données jouent un rôle essentiel dans la planification de la production, le contrôle des coûts et la prévision des besoins futurs.

Les responsabilités combinées du coordinateur du trafic et du réceptionnaire des stocks mettent en évidence vos compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles et votre souci du détail. **Inventory Receiving: Ensuring Accuracy and Efficiency**

Your role as an Inventory Receiver involves ensuring the smooth intake and proper management of incoming materials. Your key tasks include:

- **Inspection and Verification**: You carefully inspect incoming deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders, verifying quantities, specifications, and overall condition of the materials. This meticulous inspection helps identify any discrepancies and prevent issues down the line.
