**Home Comfort Advisor - HVAC**

Have you mastered the art and science of selling?
Do you exceed sales goals on a regular basis?
Are you willing to work flexible hours to meet with customers?

**If you answered yes to the first three questions and have 2 years outside sales in an HVAC environment - we want to speak with you**

The successful sales representative will create new sales opportunities and close sales.
Identify and create sales opportunities within our existing customer base and with new leads.
Generate sales leads while keeping to our corporate mission and ethics.

This position comes with 10% commission and $20 per in home visit.
- Initiate contact with existing and potential clients and schedule in home consultations.
- Meet with customers in their homes providing written estimates for review.
- Build an Understanding of your customers needs to deliver custom solutions.
- Communicate confidently with clients of many different education and diverse backgrounds, both verbally and in writing.
- Have knowledge of product lines; provide technical information when required.
- Create and manage quotes for customers.
- Follow Up with customers and track leads.
- Contact supplied leads promptly and schedule site visit.
- Educate yourself regarding all new programs, incentives, plans that will drive sales.
- Keep informed of competitors products, services and pricing.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Build a solid relationship with the Climate Experts Team.
- Computer and tablet experience required to use all in one management software.

**Compensation**:10% commission before tax on every closed contract and $20 per in home visit paid bi-weekly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- outside sales (required)
- 2 years outside sales (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
