Aria Build Corp. is a privately owned custom home builder and renovation company with a focus on quality and transparency for our clients.

As a **Project Coordinator** at Aria Build, you will be responsible for some or all the following duties:

- Develop and track progress against the project schedule, specifications and budget.
- Manage all facets of construction, including communication with Owners, Consultants and Subtrades and able to work on-site looking after day-to-day responsibilities of the project.
- Manage and coordinate follow-up project activities with architects, the city, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Procurement of construction materials; by working with suppliers, confirming deliveries and ordering materials.
- Ensure all permits, Notice of Projects and required documentation are in place.
- Track all Contract Deliverables, Penalty Responses, Letters, Change Orders, & Contemplated Change Pricing requests.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret drawings and specifications.
- Managing shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Procurement of construction materials.
- Review and amending scope of work.
- Planning and scheduling.
- Perform material take offs using architectural drawings.
- Document control; receive, track and distribute all project documentation.
- Following up on inquiries and organizing customer data
- Perform site visits as required and prepare construction progress reports.
- Help coordinate installation requirements with trades on site as required.
- Education in a related field of construction or construction management is an asset or 2 years minimum of Experience working in the construction and/or project management field a requirement.

- Education in a related field of construction or construction management is asset or 2 years minimum of experience working in construction and/or project management field.
- Understanding and familiarity with basic construction tools - bonus
- Experience documenting project tasks, procedures, and scheduling is an asset.
- Ability to understand and interpret drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Work well under stress and be able to adapt to challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Design background - bonus

**Work Environment**
- Must be capable of wearing personal protective equipment necessary to comply with required safety standards.
- Must be available to attend multiple site locations
