**What You’ll Do**
- **Be the First and Last Impression**:

- Welcome clients warmly, answer their questions, and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they enter to the moment they leave.
- Build lasting connections with our patients, creating a positive, memorable experience that keeps them coming back.
- **Enhance the Patient Journey**:

- Constantly look for ways to improve the patient experience, from streamlining check-ins to creating follow-up protocols that make patients feel valued.
- Gather and act on feedback, ensuring we’re always evolving to meet and exceed patient expectations.
- **Support Smooth Clinic Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day front-desk operations, including scheduling, patient intake, and appointment reminders.
- Coordinate seamlessly between patients and therapists, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and clients have a stress-free experience.
- **Engage with Our Community**:

- Represent Westwood Physiotherapy and Wellness by building connections with local businesses, health providers, and referral sources.
- Organize and participate in community events to promote our services and strengthen our community presence.
- **Lead with Compassion**:

- Support and train front-desk staff to ensure they reflect the same high standards of patient care.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment that makes every team member feel valued and motivated.

**Who You Are**
- **People-Centric**: You love working with people, building relationships, and making everyone feel welcomed and cared for.
- **Experienced**: Ideally, you have at least 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a similar field.
- **Detail-Oriented and Organized**: You’re great at managing schedules, multitasking, and staying organized, even during busy times.
- **Problem Solver**: You handle challenges with grace, empathy, and a can-do attitude, always looking for solutions that put the patient’s needs first.
- **Tech-Savvy**: You’re comfortable with scheduling software and basic digital communication tools, and you have a knack for social media and digital marketing.

- Experience in physiotherapy, wellness, or healthcare
- A background in customer service, marketing, or sales
- Creative ideas for improving patient engagement and retention
- Experience with social media and community outreach
