This role is instrumental in supporting Investment Advisors and their client books, as well as contributing to strategic initiatives and capacity during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class primary service contact to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our service levels.
  • Partner with Investment Advisors and Client Experience Associates to support and manage client service plans, including direct and frequent contact with clients.
  • Execute a world-class account opening, setup, and onboarding experience in-person and digitally.
  • Support and execute all day-to-day, seasonal, and ad-hoc account administration and reporting for clients.
  • Develop and cross-train service knowledge by exposing yourself to all service requests and complex client scenarios.
  • Promote and support a work environment that inspires innovation, creativity, collaboration, and diversity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Associate.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certifications.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
