**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential residential customers interested in solar energy solutions
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand customers' energy needs, assess their homes' solar potential, and provide tailored solar system proposals
- Present and educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and applicable government regulations to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of residential solar systems, including photovoltaic technology, system design, and financial incentives is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
