As an Associate Client Engagement Manager you’ll have the opportunity to be part of the Canada region Sales & Apps team. Key job responsibilities/duties include:

- Become trusted advisor to clients through diligent, consistent engagement with them
- Follow the latest market trends, collaborate with the partners at discovering of new Clients and Fields of play
- Work with the Microchip team at developing technology solutions that will help Clients accelerate their growth while reducing their business risks
- Create valid business reasons for the new Leads and the Clients to engage with Microchip on the early stage of their new programs, on a system level
- Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business
- Use creative approaches for new client engagements and problem-solving activities
- Identify the key client stakeholders and coach those stakeholders to build consensus for Microchip’s solutions within their organization
- Contribute and participate within a global team environment to successfully develop and implement the Microchip sales strategies across client’s divisions and geographical locations
- Travel, meet people, discover, develop skills. Participate in conferences, exhibitions and associated industry events
- Support activities like concept development, compiling tender responses and offers, quoting, building customer engagement plans and maintaining forecasts
- Build strong business acumen and objective oriented mindset
- Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in the clients.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Graduate with at least 6 months experience within a relevant industry/similar position required.
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Automation, Business or Information Technology or a similar background or education
- Solid understanding of electronic systems architectures, digital and analog
- Good knowledge of the English language and software tools
