**Retail Customer Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with retail customers in our showroom, understand their needs, and guide them through our product offerings.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on the best window and door solutions for individual customer requirements.
- Generate leads and actively follow up on potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive foot traffic to the showroom.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in window and door sales will be a strong asset for both positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with customers and clients effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and the capacity to understand and communicate technical details about our offerings.
- Highly motivated, driven, and result-oriented individuals will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langley, BC V4W 3W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
